We’d have a lot of fried meals at home. So recently, I try to look for recipes that would suit kids. I wanted to feed my kids healthier food. Here’s one recipe that kids and adults would love. Not fried! and most importantly, very easy to cook! Baked Chicken!!! I got this recipe from my friend Tina. She calls it “Death by Garlic”. But then I had to tweak the recipe a bit ‘coz I knew my kids wouldn’t like too much garlic. Here’s what I did:
1. Cut the chicken in half. (I didn’t want to turn the chicken over in the middle of baking time.)
2. Marinade chicken in a lot of olive oil and garlic. Make sure to spread all over even under the skin. Keep it in the ref for 24 hours.
3. Then add the spices (I used McCormick mixed spices w/o MSG.) before putting it in the oven.

Very simple and easy to do right? I was lucky coz my family loved it!
The downside about this is that it just needs A LOT of olive oil, so it can become a bit costly. But at least you get to eat good healthy food 🙂
Try it 😛
I found Tina’s bridal shower cookbook! Do you need a copy?
Pwede rin!
